Purpose of Post Construction Final Cleaning Service
The main objective of Final Construction Cleaning is to prepare the facility for occupancy. Our job is to provide a final cleaning for Contractors in order for turnover to the Owner. Reliant Professional Cleaning Contractors, Inc. has over 50 years of experience in working with local and national contractors to provide a clean facility for their customers. We work closely with Site Supervisors, Superintendents and Project Managers. We keep detailed notes as we complete each area of the project.
Procedure
Our team will schedule a meeting to gather all necessary information in order to accurately bid your project. Once the project has been approved, it is turned over to our Operations Team and they will work with your team until the building is turned over. In order to ensure all schedules are being kept and that all requests are handled in a timely manner, we recommend weekly meetings. All work is approved by the client at the end of each working day.
Our crew brings all necessary cleaning chemicals and equipment to perform all duties listed on the agreed upon Scope of Work.
